Ventry (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.ventry.co.th, an online store selling natural latex pillows, mattresses, toppers, and sleep-health accessories.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), a DPO is required only where the controller (a) is a public authority, (b) has core activities requiring regular and systematic monitoring of personal data on a large scale, or (c) has core activities consisting of large-scale processing of sensitive personal data. T.S. Gen Co., Ltd. has assessed that none of these apply to our business.

• Contact and order details — name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, order history — collected at checkout, account creation, or when you contact us, to fulfill orders and provide customer support.
• Payment details — processed directly by our payment processor at checkout; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Technical data — IP address and browser/device info, collected automatically on any site visit, for security and to support the product-verification tool.
• Product verification and reviews — serial numbers checked, verification results, and any reviews/ratings you submit (with your name).
• Cookie preferences — your consent choices from our cookie banner.

We share personal data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate our store. We don’t publish the specific products/vendors behind each category here for security reasons — contact us at info@ventry.co.th if you need that detail.

Payment processor — processing card/bank payments at checkout — receives payment and transaction details.
Website security and hosting infrastructure — keeping the site secure, available, and running — receives IP address, technical/browser data.
Spam and bot protection service — preventing automated spam on our contact form — receives IP address, browser data.
Map display service — showing our location on the Contact page — receives IP address (only if you interact with the embedded map).
Web analytics service — understanding website traffic, only active if you consent to “Analytics” cookies — receives IP address, device/browser data, pages visited, approximate location.
Approximate geolocation lookup — used by our product-verification tool and reviews — receives your IP address.
Shipping/logistics couriers — delivering your order — receives name, address, phone number.

We do not currently use any advertising or remarketing services on this site. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

We only retain personal data on an ongoing basis for customers who have purchased a Ventry product. This includes order/transaction and payment records (kept for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law), customer accounts (kept while active), and product warranty/serial-check history (kept for the duration of the warranty period plus a reasonable time afterward).

If you contact us or interact with the site without making a purchase (e.g., a contact form inquiry), we keep that data only as long as needed to respond to you, then delete it.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, subject to any legal obligation to retain it longer.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements, e.g. tax records)
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., by adjusting your cookie preferences)
• Object to certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, a web application firewall, restricted database access limited to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews of our website and infrastructure.

Our website’s hosting infrastructure, including the database where customer and order data is stored, is located in Singapore, not Thailand. This means your personal data is transferred to and stored outside Thailand as a routine part of operating this website.

Some of our third-party service providers (see Section 3) may also process data outside Thailand, including in the United States.

By visiting, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Some Ventry products (e.g., our Ventry Kids pillow range) are designed for use by children, but they are marketed to and purchased by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Any order or account data associated with a child’s product purchase belongs to the purchasing adult, not the child. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data directly, please contact us at info@ventry.co.th so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
